The Nitty-Gritty

Our return policy gives you 15 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it’s right for you. If it’s been more than 15 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange, but we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

To qualify for a return, the item needs to be in the same condition you got it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Condition Matters: Make sure the item is unused and in the same condition you got it. We can only accept returns that come back in their original packaging, with all the bits and pieces included.
  • Custom Creations: Because our products are made just for you, custom and personalized items can’t be returned unless they’re defective or arrived damaged. We wish we could, but once something’s made with your design, it’s all yours.
  • Sale Items: If you snagged something during a sale, those items are final sale. We can only accept returns or give refunds if they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds, Fast and Simple

Once we get your return and have a look at it, we’ll send you an email to confirm. If everything checks out, we’ll get your refund processed within 3 business days. The money will go back to the original payment method you used—easy peasy.

Where’s My Refund?

Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs when sending something back. Unfortunately, we can’t refund the original shipping costs, and if you’re getting a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. If you’re exchanging an item, the new one should be on your doorstep in 3 to 5 business days.
